Measured Losses definition

Measured Losses means, for any Collection Period, the sum of (a) for each Receivable that became a Liquidated Receivable during such Collection Period, the difference between (i) the Principal Balance plus accrued and unpaid interest on such Receivable less the Write Down Amount for such Receivable (if such receivable was a 180-Day Receivable or Repossessed Receivable at the time of liquidation), if any, and (ii) the Liquidation Proceeds received with respect to such Receivable during such Collection Period, (b) with respect to any Receivable that became a 180-Day Receivable or a Repossessed Receivable during such Collection Period, the Write Down Amount, if any, for that Receivable and (c) with respect to each other 180-Day Receivable or Repossessed Receivable, the amount of the adjustment, if any, to the Write Down Amount for such Receivable for the related Collection Period.

Related to Measured Losses

  • Insured Loss means damage or destruction to improvements on the Premises, other than Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations and Trade Fixtures, which was caused by an event required to be covered by the insurance described in Paragraph 8.3(a), irrespective of any deductible amounts or coverage limits involved.

  • Covered Loss or “Covered Losses” means an accidental death, dismemberment, or other Injury covered under the Policy.

  • Adjusted Net Earnings means net earnings (loss) attributable to common stockholders as reported in the Company’s periodic reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, provided that such amount shall be adjusted by reversing the following, to the extent such adjustments were made in calculating such net earnings (loss) attributable to common stockholders:

  • Adjusted gross income means that term as defined in section 62 of the internal revenue code of 1986.

  • Adjusted Revenue means revenue less Digital Platform Fulfilment Revenue.

  • Adjusted Net Income ’ means net income adjusted for non-cash expenses (income) such as amortization of intangible assets, deferred income taxes, the TSS membership liability revaluation charge, and certain other expenses (income), and excludes the portion of the adjusted net income of Total Specific Solutions (TSS) B.V. (“TSS”) attributable to the minority owners of TSS (see “Capital Resources and Commitments” section). The Company believes that Adjusted net income is useful supplemental information as it provides an indication of the results generated by the Company’s main business activities prior to taking into consideration amortization of intangible assets, deferred income taxes, the TSS membership liability revaluation charge, and certain other non- cash expenses (income) incurred or recognized by the Company from time to time, and adjusts for the portion of TSS’ Adjusted net income not attributable to shareholders of Constellation. ‘‘Adjusted net income margin’’ refers to the percentage that Adjusted net income for any period represents as a portion of total revenue for that period.

  • Floating Profit/Loss means current profit/loss on Open Positions calculated at the current Quotes.

  • Relevant Losses means, in relation to:

  • Net Loss means, for each fiscal year or other applicable period, an amount equal to the Partnership’s taxable income or loss for such year or period as determined for federal income tax purposes by the General Partner, determined in accordance with Section 703(a) of the Code (for this purpose, all items of income, gain, loss or deduction required to be stated separately pursuant to Section 703(a) of the Code shall be included in taxable income or loss), adjusted as follows:

  • Net salvage value means the salvage value of property retired less the cost of removal.
