Maximum Limitation definition

Maximum Limitation means the maximum amount that may be deferred under this Plan (other than Transfer Contributions and rollover amounts permitted under this Plan) for the taxable year of a Participant.Such amount shall be either the Normal Limitation or Catch-Up Limitation, whichever is applicable.
Maximum Limitation as defined in Section 11.8.

Related to Maximum Limitation

  • Maximum Limit means that number of issued Shares representing 10% of the total number of issued Shares as at the date of the passing of this Resolution (excluding any Shares which are held as treasury shares as at that date); and

Expressed as units of mass, the daily discharge is cumulative mass discharged over the course of the day. For any Distribution Date with respect to the Mezzanine Certificates, a per annum rate equal to the product of (x) the weighted average (weighted on the basis of the results of subtracting from the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the applicable Loan Group, the current Certificate Principal Balance of the related Class A Certificates) of the Maximum Cap Rate for the Group I Certificates and the Maximum Cap Rate for the Group II Certificates and (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period.

  • Extension limitation means (a) the lesser of 5% or the

  • Maximum Term Loan Amount means Forty Million and No/100 Dollars ($40,000,000).

  • Aggregate Maximum Credit Amounts at any time shall equal the sum of the Maximum Credit Amounts, as the same may be reduced or terminated pursuant to Section 2.06.
