Material Company Lease definition

Material Company Lease means any lease, sublease or occupancy agreement of real property (other than Company Ground Leases) under which any of the Acquired Companies is the tenant or subtenant or serves in a similar capacity, (a) providing for annual rentals of $250,000 or more or (b) demising more than 5,000 square feet of space, in each case other than agreements exclusively among the Acquired Companies.
Material Company Lease means any Company Lease which has annual rent obligations in excess of $2,000,000 and has a remaining term (excluding any renewal options), as of the date hereof, in excess of three (3) years.
Material Company Lease means any Company Lease with aggregate annual rent payments to the Company or any Company Subsidiary in excess of $500,000 or any Company Ground Lease.

More Definitions of Material Company Lease

Material Company Lease means any Company Lease which has annual rent obligations in excess of $500,000 and has a remaining term (excluding any renewal options), as of the date of this Agreement, in excess of three (3) years.
