Marketing Plan and Budget definition

Marketing Plan and Budget shall have the meaning assigned in Section 5.3.
Marketing Plan and Budget the plan to be submitted as part of the Commercialisation Plan which is to be updated annually.
Marketing Plan and Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(a).

  • The Marketing Plan and Budget will describe fully, to the extent practicable, the proposed plan for commercialization of the Collaboration Product in each Co-Promotion Country, including overall marketing strategy, anticipated marketing, sales and promotion efforts by each Party, market and sales forecasts, pricing analysis and estimated launch date, as well as advertising and other promotional materials to be used in the co-promotion.

  • The Executive Committee will be responsible for approving the Marketing Plan and Budget developed by the Marketing Committee.

  • The Marketing Plan and Budget will be prepared taking into consideration factors such as market conditions, regulatory factors and competition, and the budget will include all projected co-promotion expenses for the Collaboration Product.

  • The Marketing Plan and Budget shall also contain information of the type specified in Schedule 9.

  • Neither Party shall sell a Licensed Product for any consideration other than cash except on terms specified in an approved Marketing Plan and Budget.

  • The final Pre-Launch Marketing Plan and Budget shall contain a budget approved by JCC for such pre-Launch activities and shall specify the allocation of such activities between the Parties.

  • Such Commercialisation Plan, Marketing Plan and Budget shall be updated at least once each Year thereafter and shall be supplied to Licensor and be reviewed and agreed at a JSC meeting.

Related to Marketing Plan and Budget

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Bank and adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Bank.

  • Marketing Plan means a plan or system concerning a material aspect of conducting business. Indicia of a marketing plan include any of the following:

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.

  • Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.

  • Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Business Plan means the information required to be supplied to the

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Commercialization Costs means the sum of the following costs and expenses incurred by the Parties or their respective Affiliates, in Commercializing the Shared Products (and related Manufacturing activities) in the Territory, in each case, to the extent incurred in accordance with the Commercialization Plan and Commercialization Budget:

  • Development Works means the external development works and internal development works on immovable property;

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means any and all activities undertaken at any time for a particular Licensed Product and that relate to the manufacturing, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing or exporting for sale, offering for sale, and selling of the Licensed Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.
