Low-income families means members of low-income families with child(ren) below the age of eighteen (18), or youth between the ages of 18-20 who are members of low-income families or a pregnant woman in her third trimester, or a non-custodial parent of a child for whom the custodial parent is receiving public support, wherein family income is below two hundred twenty-five percent (225%) of poverty.

Low-income families means families at or below 185 percent of the federal poverty level.

More Definitions of Low-income families

Low-income families means those households that reside within the boundaries of the United Sates (which shall encompass any State of the United States, the District of Columbia or any territory of the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands) meeting the criteria as set forth in § 1807.104(hh);
