Long Stop Date definition

Long Stop Date has the meaning given to it in Clause 4.3;

Long Stop Date shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in Clause 5.4(ii);

Long Stop Date means 31 December 2021, or such later date as the parties to this Agreement may agree;

• Given that additional time is required for the fulfillment of the Conditions Precedent, on 30 August 2012, the Vendors, the Joint Venture Company and other parties to the SP Agreement have entered into a supplemental agreement (“SPA Supplemental Agreement”) dated 30 August 2012 pursuant to which the parties have agreed to extend the Long Stop Date to 31 December 2012 (or such later date as the Vendors and the Joint Venture Company may agree in writing).

More Definitions of Long Stop Date

Long Stop Date means the date, if any, specified in the Key Provisions;
