London Bullion Market Association definition

London Bullion Market Association means the international commercial association having its seat in London covering, among others, trades with Unallocated Gold on the London gold exchange.
London Bullion Market Association and "LBMA" mean The London Bullion Market Association and its successors which represent the institutions in the United Kingdom active in all aspects of bullion and the services related to it, including the clearing, physical and regulatory aspects. Among its members are those with "market making" status whose activities include the quoting of prices for buying and selling Gold for spot and forward delivery throughout each working day.

  • Reuters LIBOR01 Page means the display designated as page LIBOR01 on the Reuters 3000 Xtra (or such other page as may replace the Reuters LIBOR01 Page on that service, or such other service as may be nominated as the information vendor, for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the London Interbank Offered Rate for U.S. dollar deposits).

  • BBA means the British Bankers’ Association.

  • London Business Day means any Business Day on which dealings in deposits in United States Dollars are transacted in the London interbank market.

  • IESO Market Rules means the rules made under section 32 of the Electricity Act, 1998 (Ontario), together with all market manuals, policies and guidelines issued by the IESO.

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME1 Page means the display designated as page “US PRIME1” on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page as may replace the US PRIME1 page on that service for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks).

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME 1 Page” means the display on the Reuter Monitor Money Rates Service (or any successor service) on the “US PRIME 1” page (or any other page as may replace that page on that service) for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks.

  • Main Market means the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc;

  • Flea market means a market place, other than a dealer's location licensed under this chapter, where a space or location is provided for a fee or compensation to a seller to exhibit and offer for sale or trade, motor vehicles to the general public.

  • Reuters LIBOR01 means the display designated on the Reuters 3000 Xtra Service on page LIBOR01 Page (or such other page as may replace “Reuters LIBOR01” page on the service or such other service as may be nominated by the British Bankers’ Association or other administrator of LIBOR for the purpose of displaying London interbank offered rates for United States dollar deposits or loans).

  • London Stock Exchange means London Stock Exchange plc;

  • Market Agent The market agent or market agents, if any, appointed pursuant to Section 8.01, and its or their successors or assigns.

  • LBMA means The London Bullion Market Association or its successors.

  • London Inter-Bank Offered Rate means, for any applicable interest period, the rate per annum equal to the British Bankers Association LIBOR Rate (“BBA LIBOR”), as published by Reuters (or other commercially available source providing quotations of BBA LIBOR as selected by the Bank from time to time) at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time two (2) London Banking Days before the commencement of the interest period, for U.S. Dollar deposits (for delivery on the first day of such interest period) with a term equivalent to such interest period. If such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the rate for that interest period will be determined by such alternate method as reasonably selected by the Bank. A “London Banking Day” is a day on which banks in London are open for business and dealing in offshore dollars.

  • Spot Market Energy means energy bought or sold by Market Participants through the PJM Interchange Energy Market at System Energy Prices determined as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 2, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 2.

  • RFR Banking Day means any day specified as such in the Reference Rate Terms.
