Loan Checklist definition

Loan Checklist means a list delivered to the Custodian in connection with delivery of a Loan to the Custodian that identifies the items contained in the related Loan File.
Loan Checklist. An electronic or hard copy, as applicable, of a checklist delivered by or on behalf of the Borrower to the Collateral Agent, for each Loan, of all Required Loan Documents to be included within the respective Loan File, which shall specify whether such document is an original or a copy.
Loan Checklist means a list delivered to the Document Custodian in connection with delivery of each Loan to the Document Custodian by the Company that identifies the items contained in the related Loan File.

More Definitions of Loan Checklist

Loan Checklist means the list delivered by the Trust Depositor to the Indenture Trustee pursuant Section 2.06 of this Agreement that identifies the items contained in the related Loan File.
Loan Checklist means an electronic or hard copy, as applicable, checklist delivered by or on behalf of the Borrower to the Custodian, for each Collateral Loan, of all Related Documents to be included within the respective loan file, which shall specify whether such document is an original or a copy.

Loan Checklist means an electronic (or hard copy, as applicable) checklist delivered by or on behalf of the Borrower to the Custodian, for each Collateral Loan, of all Related Documents to be included within the respective loan file including, but not limited to, an assignment agreement, funding memo, loan or credit agreement, security agreement, promissory note or other instrument and the related transfer document (or specify if such Collateral Loan is a Noteless Loan) and which shall specify in each case whether such Related Document is an original or a copy.
Loan Checklist means an electronic or hard copy, as applicable, checklist delivered by the Borrower (or the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Borrower) to the Document Custodian, for each Collateral Loan, of the Related Documents identified on such Loan Checklist, including, but not limited to, as applicable, an assignment agreement, funding memo, loan or credit agreement, security agreement and (if not a Noteless Loan) a promissory note (or such Loan Checklist shall specify if such Collateral Loan is a Noteless Loan), and which shall specify whether such Related Document is an original or a copy and shall include the name of the Obligor with respect to such Collateral Loan, in each case as of the date of acquisition thereof by the Borrower.
Loan Checklist. With respect to any Loan, the index prepared by the Servicer identifying the type of Loan (including whether such Loan is a Noteless Loan or an Agented Loan and the identity of the agent) and each of the Loan Documents related thereto which are included in the related Loan File.
