Loan Certificate definition

Loan Certificate means a loan certificate issued pursuant to Section 2.02 of this Mortgage and any such certificates issued in exchange or replacement therefor pursuant to Section 2.06 or 2.07 of this Mortgage.

Loan Certificate means the certificate issued to each Lender following a successful Bid by that Lender to advance a Loan to Us.

Loan Certificate means either or both, as the context may require, of a Senior Loan Certificate or a Junior Loan Certificate and “Loan Certificates” means all Loan Certificates, whether a Junior Loan Certificate or Senior Loan Certificate, issued pursuant to Section 2.02 of the Mortgage and any such certificates issued in exchange or replacement therefor pursuant to Section 2.08 or 2.09 of the Mortgage.

• Portion(s) of the loan at a prime rate plus one half percent: SAISIE portion of the loan (Zero Interim Portion of the Loan Certificate, remove if not applicable): Indicate in the spaces provided below the portion number of the loan in the order appearing on the loan Certificate (ex.: third). • At all times after the Closing Date to and including the Maturity Date, unless Acceptable Substitute Credit Protection has been provided pursuant to Section 21(b), the Authority shall cause the Payment Agreement to be in effect requiring the Payment Undertaker thereunder to make payments thereunder on each Rent Payment Date and Termination Value Determination Date in amounts equal to the Debt Lease Payments payable on such dates with respect to the Loan Certificate.

More Definitions of Loan Certificate

Loan Certificate means the certificate executed by the Loan Delegate under the authority delegated pursuant to this Ordinance which sets forth the terms of the Bond described in the Section hereof entitled “Delegation and Parameters.”

Loan Certificate and "Secured Obligations" shall have the respective meanings set forth in the Trust Indenture or the Loan Certificates, as the case may be. Unless the context otherwise requires, any reference herein to any of the Operative Documents refers to such document as it may be amended from time to time in accordance with its terms and the terms of each other agreement restricting the amendment thereof.
