LNG Vessel definition

LNG Vessel means an ocean-going vessel suitable for transporting LNG.
LNG Vessel means any vessel that unloads LNG at the Terminal or otherwise receives any services provided by the Operator.
LNG Vessel means any vessel nominated or to be nominated by User, and approved or to be approved by Operator, that loads or unloads LNG at the Terminal or otherwise receives any services provided by the Operator.

  • Each LNG Vessel shall comply fully with the guidelines of any Governmental Authority of the United States, including the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), in relation to actions to avoid strikes in U.S. waters with protected sea turtles and cetaceans (e.g., whales and other marine mammals) and with regard to the reporting of any strike by the LNG Vessel which causes injury to such protected species.

  • Each LNG Vessel shall comply with, and shall be fully equipped, supplied and maintained to comply with, all applicable International LNG Vessel Standards.

LNG Vessel means any ocean-going vessel (including any newbuilding vessel under construction or on order to be constructed) that is intended to be used primarily to transport LNG.
LNG Vessel means an ocean going vessel meeting the requirements of Sub- Clause 5(1)(e) and designed, constructed, equipped and maintained to load, carry and deliver LNG (whether or not owned by the Buyer and whether or not operated directly by the Buyer or by a Third Party), which, in respect of each delivery pursuant to a Confirmation Notice, shall be identified in the Confirmation Notice (or shall be subsequently agreed between the Parties) and used for such delivery.
