LNG Cargo definition

LNG Cargo means a cargo of LNG to be delivered by Seller to Buyer pursuant to a Confirmation Notice.
LNG Cargo means a cargo of LNG transported in an LNG Carrier.
LNG Cargo means, with respect to a Transaction, a quantity of LNG scheduled for delivery under such Transaction to the applicable LNG Ship and approximately equal to the Nominal Quantity specified in or determined under the Confirmation Notice for such quantity of LNG;

Examples of LNG Cargo in a sentence

  • Boil off rate for the LNG Cargo under this Confirmation Notice shall be 0.15% (zero point one five percent) per day of the Estimated Contract Quantity.

  • Title to the LNG Cargo shall pass from Seller to Buyer in international waters at the point which is the last point where the LNG Ship is outside the territorial waters of the country in which Buyer's Facilities are located (“Title Transfer Point”).

  • Donors may deduct contributions made to the Community Loan Fund within the IRC requirements.

  • Title to any LNG remaining on the LNG Ship after discharge of the LNG Cargo will revert from Buyer to Seller at the first point following the exit of such LNG Ship from the territorial waters of the country in which Buyer’s Facilities are located.

  • In the event of Evacuation Gas arising, Terminal Operator shall seek to make available at the Regasified LNG Delivery Point and arrange for the Downstream Operator to accept delivery of such volumes of Evacuation Gas prior to the arrival of the next AP LNG Cargo.

  • The amount payable may be increased by any amounts in respect of Demurrage and boil-off loss payable by Buyer, if any (as specified in Clause 7.18 and provided that any such claim for Demurrage and boil-off loss is made within the time limit specified therein) in respect of such LNG Cargo.

  • Two or more B&L Users may, at their option, agree to deliver a shared AP LNG Cargo (the “Shared LNG Cargo”).


More Definitions of LNG Cargo

LNG Cargo means the cargo of the Customer’s LNG to be transported from the Loading Port to the LNG Receipt Point by the Customer through an Approved LNG Carried.
LNG Cargo means the cargo of the Customer’s LNG, ranging between 10,000 m3 and 140,000 m3, which shall be finalized by the Customer and become binding on the Parties at the time of execution of Schedule 1, to be transported in the LNG Carrier from the Loading Port to the Receiving Facilities by the Customer through an Approved LNG Carrier.
LNG Cargo means the cargo of the Customer’s LNG to be transported from the Loading Port to the LNG Receipt Point by the Customer through an Approved LNG Carrier.

  • Grade point average or "GPA" means the grade point average earned by an eligible student and reported by the high school or participating institution in which the student was enrolled based on a scale of 4.0 or its equivalent if the high school or participating institution that the student attends does not use the 4.0 grade scale;

  • Operating Cash Flow means the Company’s or a business unit’s sum of Net Income plus depreciation and amortization less capital expenditures plus changes in working capital comprised of accounts receivable, inventories, other current assets, trade accounts payable, accrued expenses, product warranty, advance payments from customers and long-term accrued expenses, determined in accordance with generally acceptable accounting principles.

  • Diesel fuel means the same as that term is defined in Section 59-13-102.
