Living Wage Certifier definition

Living Wage Certifier means the Living Wage for Families Campaign, any successor entity, or, in the event the Living Wage for Families Campaign ceases to carry on operations, such other living wage certification entity designated by the City to the Contractor in writing;

Related to Living Wage Certifier

  • Living Wage Employee means any and all employees of the Contractor and all Subcontractors of the Contractor that perform any part of the Work on a property owned by or leased to the City, including all streets, sidewalks and other public rights of way, for at least one consecutive hour, but excluding Students, volunteers and employees of Social Enterprises;

  • Check Meter means the Buyer revenue-quality meter section(s) or meter(s), which Buyer may require at its discretion, and which will include those devices normally supplied by Buyer or Seller under the applicable utility electric service requirements.
