Litigation Costs and Expenses definition

Litigation Costs and Expenses means costs and expenses incurred by counsel for Plaintiffs in connection with commencing, prosecuting, and settling the Action.
Litigation Costs and Expenses means the amount awarded to Class Counsel to reimburse them for the costs and expenses incurred in the prosecution of the Action, not to exceed $15,000, paid from the Gross Settlement Fund, subject to the Court's approval.

  • Costs and Expenses means any actual, provable, reasonable, customary and direct out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by such Fund.   • Transaction Costs means all fees, costs and expenses incurred or paid by the Borrower or any Subsidiary in connection with the Transactions, this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby.
