List of Securities definition

List of Securities means the list setting out the Securities that a Customer is entitled to select for purchase under BCIP from time to time. A copy of the List of Securities can be obtained from www.ocbc.com/bluechip;
List of Securities means a list of securities accepted by the Depository for servicing in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Holders of Secured Obligations means the holders of the Secured Obligations from time to time and shall include their respective successors, transferees and assigns.

  • Rule 144A Global Security has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(a) of Appendix A.
