Limit Order Continue Election definition

Limit Order Continue Election shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Intraday VWAP Purchase Ending Time,” which election shall be applicable to an Intraday VWAP Purchase, if such election is specified by the Company in the applicable Intraday VWAP Purchase Notice for such Intraday VWAP Purchase, and shall be applicable to a VWAP Purchase, if such election is specified by the Company in the applicable VWAP Purchase Notice for such VWAP Purchase, as the case may be.

Limit Order Continue Election shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Additional Purchase Ending Time,” which election shall be applicable to an Additional Purchase, if such election is specified by the Company in the applicable Additional Advance Notice for such Additional Advance, and shall be applicable to an Advance, if such election is specified by the Company in the applicable Advance Notice for such Advance, as the case may be.

  • 10) Election has the meaning set forth in Section 6.05(a).

  • Distribution Election With respect to any Series, as specified in the related Supplement.

  • Request for Advance means a Request for Revolving Credit Advance or a Request for Swing Line Advance, as the context may indicate or otherwise require.

  • Conversion/Continuation Notice is defined in Section 2.9.

  • Certificate of Continuing Program Compliance means the Certificate to be filed by the Owner with the Administrator, on behalf of the Issuer, and the Trustee pursuant to Section 4(f) hereof, which shall be substantially in the form attached as Exhibit C hereto or in such other comparable form as may be provided by the Issuer to the Owner, or as otherwise approved by the Issuer.

  • Notice of Continuation or Conversion has the meaning provided in Section 2.10(b).

  • Deferral Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the amount of the Deferrals.

  • CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).

  • Notice of Account Designation has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.3(b).
