Legal Services Contract means an annual contract for legal representation and related services that IDS enters into with an individual attorney, a consortium of attorneys, a law firm, or a non-profit organization. Pursuant to legal services contracts, independent contractors perform services for IDS that require specialized legal or other knowledge, experience, expertise, or similar capabilities for the provision of legal representation and related services to indigent defendants and respondents who are entitled to representation at state expense. Related to Legal Services Contract

  • Services Contract means an agreement for the provision of Services entered into with a Provider by one or more of the Partners in accordance with the relevant Individual Scheme.
