Legacy Medicaid Population means the eligible membership groups of children 0-18, K Children, pregnant women, blind and disabled, aged, members eligible under the cancer program, and adults on Family Medicaid programs. List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) means the Federal Department of Health and Human Services-Office of Inspector General’s (HHS-OIG’s) database regarding individuals and entities currently Excluded by the HHS-OIG from participation in Medicare, Medicaid, and all other Federal Health Care Programs.
