Laws, Rules and Regulations definition

Laws, Rules and Regulations means all laws and regulations applicable in Canada, and includes all guidance documents, policies and other similar documents relating to the Manufacture and quality control of cannabis beverages applicable in Canada, as amended from time to time;
Laws, Rules and Regulations means current Good Manufacturing Practices as promulgated by the U.S. FDA as detailed in Title 21, United States Code of Federal Regulations, or when appropriate, any corresponding statutes and/or regulations of any other country's prescription pharmaceuticals regulating health authority / agency.
Laws, Rules and Regulations means the constitution, by-laws, rules, rulings, regulations and customs of the relevant market, exchange and/or clearing house (including, without limitation, the Exchange, HKSCC and SEOCH) and all other applicable laws, rules, regulations, codes, guidelines, circulars and orders of any governmental or regulatory authorities from time to time in force;

Laws, Rules and Regulations means the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (“FDCA”) and all regulations promulgated thereunder, including, but not limited to, the current Good Manufacturing Practices for finished pharmaceuticals (“cGMPs”), as promulgated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) in Parts 210 and 211 of Xxxxx 00, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Code of Federal Regulations (“C.F.R.”), or when appropriate, any corresponding statutes and/or regulations of any other country’s prescription pharmaceuticals regulating health authority / agency, now existing and hereafter promulgated. 1.9 “Commercially Reasonable Efforts” mean that degree of effort, expertise and resources which a person, of ordinary skill, ability and experience in the matters addressed herein, would utilize or otherwise apply with respect to fulfilling the obligations assumed hereunder.   • SAFE Rules and Regulations means collectively, the Circular 37 and any other applicable SAFE rules and regulations.

  • Repurchase Rules and Regulations shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.14 of the Indenture.
