Knowledge and Experience. Clients with an understanding of capital markets and derivatives and experience in CFDs or any other types of derivatives trading. • “Leverage” is the ratio between the total transaction value to the amount of funds required as margin for that transaction.
Knowledge and Experience. Each Guarantor has such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters that it or he is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of an investment in the Warrant and in protecting its or his own interest in connection with this transaction.
