Kick-Out Level definition

Kick-Out Level for each relevant year means the average of the closing levels of the FTSE 100 for the 5 Business Days up to and including the relevant Kick-Out Date.
Kick-Out Level means, in relation to any Kick-Out Date the average of the closing levels of the FTSE 100 over the 5 Business Days up to and including the relevant Kick-Out Date.
