Joint Know-How definition

Joint Know-How has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.2.
Joint Know-How means Know-How that is made jointly by the Parties or their Affiliates or their Sublicensees in connection with any activity carried out pursuant to this Agreement.
Joint Know-How shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.

Examples of Joint Know-How in a sentence

  • Joint Know-How shall be considered the Confidential Information of both Parties.

  • Each Party shall promptly disclose to the other Party in writing, and shall cause its Affiliates, (and in the case of Adapt, its Sublicensees) to so disclose, the development, making, conception or reduction to practice of any Joint Know-How or Joint Patents.

More Definitions of Joint Know-How

Joint Know-How. Joint Know-How shall mean any Know-How that is developed or acquired jointly by the Parties in connection with their collaborative activities pursuant to this Agreement, including Joint Inventions.
Joint Know-How means all Know-How comprising a Joint Invention.
Joint Know-How means all Information and Inventions jointly generated by Licensee and Takeda during the Term that pertain to the Exploitation of the Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products in the Field in the Territory. Joint Know-How excludes any Information contained within or Inventions Covered by a published Joint Patent Right.
Joint Know-How means all Know-How included in Joint Inventions, other than any Joint Patent.
Joint Know-How means all Collaboration Know-How that is jointly owned by the Parties in accordance with Section 10.5.
Joint Know-How means Know-How that is conceived, discovered, invented, created, made or reduced to practice or tangible medium jointly by or on behalf of (i) on the one hand, AGTC or any of its Affiliates or Sublicensees and (ii) on the other hand, Biogen or any of its Affiliates or Sublicensees, in each case, in the course of conducting activities under this Agreement.
