Within thirty (30) days following the Effective Date, through the coordination of a Joint Development Committee (“JDC”), Licensee: (a) shall prepare a written plan outlining Development activities to be undertaken with respect to the Licensed Products, which shall include a budget that shall specify the amount anticipated to be spent on such Development activities (the “Development Plan”); and (b) thereafter, shall update the Development Plan as needed from time to time during the Term.
Each Party shall provide Samples to the other Party as specified in the Protocol and as agreed to by the Joint Development Committee.
