Joint Development Committee definition

Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.
Joint Development Committee or “JDC” means the committee formed by the Parties as provided in Section 3.3, to supervise certain Development of the Licensed Parties by the Parties under this Agreement.
Joint Development Committee or “JDC” means the joint development committee established under Clause 4.6.

  • Within thirty (30) days following the Effective Date, through the coordination of a Joint Development Committee (“JDC”), Licensee: (a) shall prepare a written plan outlining Development activities to be undertaken with respect to the Licensed Products, which shall include a budget that shall specify the amount anticipated to be spent on such Development activities (the “Development Plan”); and (b) thereafter, shall update the Development Plan as needed from time to time during the Term.
