Joint Annuitant means the individual specified as such in the Data Pages. The Joint Annuitant must be the spouse of the Annuitant on the Contract Date.
JOINT OWNER A Contract may be owned by Joint Owners. If Joint Owners are named, any Joint Owner must be the spouse of the other Contract Owner. Upon the death of either Contract Owner, the surviving spouse will be the primary Beneficiary. Any other Beneficiary designation will be treated as a contingent Beneficiary unless otherwise indicated in an Authorized Request.
Joint means appointed jointly for both the Breckland District Council and South Holland District Council

Joint Venture Company means any Subsidiary of the Company or any other Person of which 50% or less than 50% of the outstanding Voting Stock or participation is held by the Company or its Subsidiaries, whose Equity Interest is held directly or indirectly by the Company and one or more third parties that are not Affiliates of the Company for the purpose of directly or indirectly bidding new projects, including such Subsidiaries or Persons of the Company whose activities are governed by a joint venture agreement with one or more third parties that are not Affiliates of the Company.

Sight Triangle means the triangular space formed by the street lines of a corner lot where such lot is located at the intersection of two or more streets and a line drawn from a point in one street line to a point in the other street line, each such point being six (6.0) metres from the point of intersection of the street lines measured along the said street lines, and where the two street lines do not intersect at a point, the point of intersection of the street lines shall be deemed to be the intersection of the projected tangents of the street lines drawn through the extremities of the interior lot lines.
Joint Venturers means Xxxxxxx Mining Limited a company incorporated in the State of Western Australia and its successors, permitted assigns and appointees;
Joint Lead Arrangers shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.
Joint enterprise means any lottery activity in which the bureau participates pursuant to a written agreement between the state of Michigan and any state, territory, country, or other sovereignty as executed by the commissioner. Joint enterprise does not include the state lottery created pursuant to this act.
Joint and Survivor Annuity means an immediate annuity for the life of a Participant with a survivor annuity for the life of the Participant's Spouse which is not less than fifty percent (50%), nor more than one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the annuity payable during the joint lives of the Participant and the Participant's Spouse which can be purchased with the Participant's Vested interest in the Plan reduced by any outstanding loan balances pursuant to Section 7.4.

Joint Account Holder means a person in whose name a Joint Account is maintained;
Non-Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Joint Research Committee or “JRC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1.
Preschool age child means a child age three through five not yet attending kindergarten. If a child is older than age five and not attending kindergarten or a higher grade, OCCL considers that child in the preschool-age group.

Licensed person means an individual who is licensed or otherwise legally authorized to practice a professional service by a court, department, board, commission, or an agency of this state or another jurisdiction, any corporation or professional services corporation all of whose shareholders are licensed persons, any partnership all of whose partners are licensed persons, or any limited liability company all of whose members and managers are licensed persons.
Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Joint Venture” - (Project means two or more businesses joining together under a contractual agreement to conduct a specific business enterprise with both parties sharing profit and losses. The venture is for one specific project only, rather than for a continuing business relationship as in a strategic alliance. It is about sharing risk with others and providing one or more missing and needed assets and competencies.
