Japanese Administrative Agent definition

Japanese Administrative Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Tokyo Branch, together with its affiliates (it being understood that any notices required to be delivered to the Japanese Administrative Agent under this Agreement need not be delivered to such affiliates), as administrative agent for the Japanese Lenders under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and any successor thereto appointed pursuant to Article XII.
