Issuer Request definition

Issuer Request means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
Issuer Request or “Issuer Order” means a written request or order (which may be in the form of a standing order or request) delivered to the Trustee and signed in the name of each of the Issuers, in each case by any of the following Officers: Chairman, President, any Vice President, Treasurer or an Assistant Treasurer.

Examples of Issuer Request in a sentence

  • Subject to Section 11.01 and the terms of the Basic Documents, the Indenture Trustee shall release property from the lien of this Indenture only upon receipt of an Issuer Request accompanied by an Officers’ Certificate of the Issuer.

  • The Subordinated Trustee for any series of Securities may at any time and shall, upon an Issuer Request, terminate the appointment of any Authenticating Agent by giving written notice of termination to such Authenticating Agent and to the Issuer in the manner set forth in Section 1.05.
