Issuer Account Bank definition

Issuer Account Bank means, in relation to any Issuer, the bank at which the Issuer Bank Accounts of such Issuer are maintained from time to time pursuant to the relevant Issuer Transaction Documents;

Issuer Account Bank means Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch as appointed under the Issuer Account Bank Agreement.
