For services provided under subparagraph (b) of paragraph 1 of this Agreement, the Sub-Advisor agrees to pay the Sub-Subadvisor a monthly Investment Management Fee.
The Investment Manager shall be entitled to receive the Investment Management Fee and the Investment Manager Reimbursable Expenses, in each case, as set forth in this Agreement (including Section 2.4 hereof).
