The Contractor shall comply with all U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 CFR Parts 120 through 130, and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), 15 CFR Parts 730 through 799, in the performance of this contract.
Any subcontract, assignment, or other transfer of rights or obligations arising under this Order and made to a foreign person, as defined in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations or the Export Administration Regulations, must comply with the Export and Import Compliance clause herein.
This contract, including any attachments or exhibits hereto, may contain information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR) which may not be released to foreign concerns or foreign persons either inside or outside the United States without first obtaining the proper export authority.
