International Subsidiary definition

International Subsidiary means each Subsidiary of the Company other than a Domestic Subsidiary.
International Subsidiary means any subsidiary of the Borrower that is not incorporated or organized under the laws of the United States of America, any State thereof or the District of Columbia.
International Subsidiary means each of El Furrial, Apco Argentina, PIGAP II and any Subsidiary of any of them; provided that no Person shall be an International Subsidiary if it is a Credit Party or owns, directly or indirectly, any Equity Interest in any Credit Party.
