Integrated Utility definition

Integrated Utility means the Department of Power in the State of Goa and the Union Territories of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Chandigarh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Lakshadweep and Puducherry, in its present form or the successor entities performing more than one of the functions of generation, transmission and distribution after restructuring thereof;
Integrated Utility means a gas transmitter and/or gas distributor that also provides competitive storage services;
Integrated Utility means the Mizoram and Manipur Electricity Departments in their present form or the successor entity of the Departments performing one or more of the functions of generation, transmission, distribution and trading after restructuring and/or Corporatisation of the Department(s).

Integrated Utility means the Department of Power in the State of Nagaland , in its present form or the successor entities performing more than one of the functions of generation, transmission and distribution after restructuring thereof ;
Integrated Utility means the combination, under IGU’s sole ownership, of FNG and IGU as the natural gas utilities serving Fairbanks and North Pole, Alaska, together with the LNG production, transportation, refueling, storage, and re-gasification facilities now serving FNG and IGU or hereafter constructed to serve FNG and IGU; the “Integrated Utility” encompasses Pentex and its Subsidiaries and all of their respective assets, properties, facilities, and businesses.
