Insurance Provisions means all of the provisions set forth in Schedule V.

More Definitions of Insurance Provisions

Insurance Provisions. Each Lessee will provide proof of Comprehensive General Liability Insurance coverage. Coverage shall be per occurrence combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage liability, i ncluding premises and operations. Minimum limits of coverage shall be $1,000.000. The Lessor is to be included as an additional insured on the Comprehensive General Liability Policy. Current, valid insurance policies meeting the requirements herein iden tified shall be maintained during the lease period. Renewal certificates shall be sent to the Lessor 30 days prior to any expiration date. There shall also be a 30 -day notification to the Lessor in the event of cancellation or modification of any stipula xxx insurance coverage. Certificates of insurance meeting the required insurance provisions shall be sent to the Lessor’s Risk Management Office.
