Installation Works means, as the context so requires,
Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

Type 1 Installation means any Technical Installation upon which all SW deployed is licensed for Use with, and is running on, such TPD;
Installation Information for a User Product means any methods, procedures, authorization keys, or other information required to install and execute modified versions of a covered work in that User Product from a modified version of its Corresponding Source. instructions for use means the information provided by the manufacturer to inform the user of the device’s intended purpose and proper use and of any precautions to be taken;
Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;
Design-Builder means the Person selected pursuant to the RFP that enters into the Contract with the Department to design and construct the Project (also referred to as the “Design-Build Team”).
Synchronous instruction means instruction where students engage in learning in the direct presence (remote or in-person) of a teacher in real time.

Operating Instructions means the operating procedures, steps, and instructions for the operation of the Interconnection Facilities established from time to time by the Coordination Committee or the PJM and NYISO individual procedures and processes and includes changes from time to time by the Coordination Committee to such established procedures, steps and instructions exclusive of the individual procedures.
