Initial Service Term definition

Initial Service Term means the initial period starting on the Service Commencement Date during which the Service will be provided to Customer as stated in the Service Order or, if not stated, the period starting on the Service Commencement Date and ending on the one year anniversary thereof.
Initial Service Term means the minimum contract or service period that the Service is subscribed by you and to be provided by TIME as specified in the Service Order or as may be specified in the applicable Service Schedule;
Initial Service Term means the (initial) service term from the Service Activation Date as stated on the Customer Order or, if not stated, a minimum of oneyearfromthe Service Activation Date , unless the contrary is clearly indicated.

  • Company reserves the right to change the Services Fees or applicable charges and to institute new charges and Services Fees at the end of the Initial Service Term or then-current Renewal Term (if applicable), upon thirty (30) days prior notice to Client (which may be sent by email).

  • Subject to earlier termination as provided below, this Agreement is for the duration of the Initial Service Term specified in the Order Form.

  • Nametag reserves the right to change the Fees or applicable charges and to institute new charges and Fees at the end of the Initial Service Term or the then-current renewal term, as the case may be, upon thirty (30) days prior notice to Customer (which may be sent by email).

  • After the Initial Service Term and any subsequent term (each, a “Service Term”), this Agreement and the applicable Service Order will renew automatically for an additional twelve (12)- month period, unless either party provides written notice of cancellation at least thirty (30) days before the then-current Service Term ends.


More Definitions of Initial Service Term

Initial Service Term means the Initial Service Term specified in the Order Form or the period from the Effective Date through the expiration of the initial Service Term. Unless sooner terminated as provided in this Section 2, these Terms will be effective beginning on the Effective Date and remain in effect for the combined duration of the Initial Service Term and any subsequent Service Term (each a “Renewal Term”), such that these Terms are coterminous with the natural expiration or earlier termination of the latest Order Form. The Initial Service Term collectively with each Renewal Term is the “Term”.
Initial Service Term twelve (12) months, or, if you have a Lease, the Lease Term.
Initial Service Term means the (initial) service term from the Service Activation Date or Acceptance Date as stated on the Customer Order Form or, if not stated, one year from the Service Activation Date or Acceptance Date. "Telecommunications Network” shall mean the telecommunication system(s) that are owned, operated or used by HUGE from time to time.
Initial Service Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.
Initial Service Term means the duration of Customer’s initial subscription to the Services, as set forth on the Order Form.
Initial Service Term means the contracted period specified in the applicable Order Form. “Transaction Volume” or “Invoice Volume” means the aggregate dollar or other currency amount, or other agreed upon measurement amount, invoiced by Customer using the Services for a specific monthly or other period as identified in the applicable Order Form and is measured by taking the sum of such agreed upon measurement amounts posted using the Services for such monthly or other period; “Renewal Service Term” means each subsequent renewal period beginning on the expiration of the Initial Term; “Intellectual Property Rights” means unpatented inventions, patent applications, patents, design rights, copyrights, trademarks, service
