Initial Reserve Report definition

Initial Reserve Report means the report prepared by or under the supervision of the chief engineer of the Borrower with respect to certain Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries as of December 31, 2018.

Initial Reserve Report means the report of Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc. dated as of February 18, 2009 with respect to certain Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower as of December 31, 2008.

Initial Reserve Report means the report prepared as of December 31, 2016 by Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc. with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties of the Credit Parties to which Proved Reserves are attributed.

• Upon satisfaction of the covenants in Section 8.18, the Administrative Agent shall have received title opinions, title reports or other title due diligence reflecting that the Borrower or the Guarantors shall have title reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in such Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and the Guarantors constituting 80% of the Proved Reserves evaluated in the Initial Reserve Report.

Initial Reserve Report has the meaning specified in Section 6.11.

Initial Reserve Report means the reserve engineers’ report as of September 30, 2011 of Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc., with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties of the Credit Parties.

Initial Reserve Report means the Reserve Report with respect to the value of certain Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries as of July 1, 2011.

Initial Reserve Report means the reserve engineers’ report of X.X. Xxx Xxxxxx & Co. Petroleum Engineering as of July 1, 2014.

Initial Reserve Report means the report of XX Xxxx and Associates dated as of January 24, 2017, with respect to certain Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and the other Group Members as of December 31st, 2016.

Initial Reserve Report means collectively, the report of X.X. Xxx Xxxxxx & Co. and the report of XxXxxxx Petroleum Consultants, Ltd., each dated as of January 1, 2015, with respect to certain Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.
