Initial Pledged Equity definition

Initial Pledged Equity has the meaning specified in the Security Agreement.
Initial Pledged Equity means, with respect to any Grantor, the Equity Interests set forth opposite such Grantor’s name on and as otherwise described in Schedule II and issued by the Persons named therein.
Initial Pledged Equity means the shares of stock and other Equity Interests in any Subsidiary of a Loan Party as set forth opposite each Loan Party’s name on and as otherwise described in Schedule IV hereto.
