Examples of Initial Contract Year in a sentence
A “Contract Year” will mean the Initial Contract Year and any anniversary thereof.
For each Contract Year, the Knicks shall pay the License Fee in twelve (12) equal installments on the first business day of each month during the Contract Year, except that the License Fee for the Initial Contract Year shall be paid in equal monthly installments on the first business day of the month following the Commencement Date and the first business day of each remaining month in the Initial Contract Year.
For each Contract Year, the Rangers shall pay the License Fee in twelve (12) equal installments on the first business day of each month during the Contract Year, except that the License Fee for the Initial Contract Year shall be paid in equal monthly installments on the first business day of the month following the Commencement Date and the first business day of each remaining month in the Initial Contract Year.
As used herein, a "Contract -------- Year" shall be a one (1) year period commencing on January 1 of any calendar ---- year, except that the initial Contract Year shall commence on the date of this Agreement and end on December 31, 1999 (the "Initial Contract Year").
For the Initial Contract Year, the Club certifies that it reasonably anticipates the Base Compensation of the Player during the Standard Compensation Period to be as set forth in Addendum D.
