Information Schedule definition

Information Schedule means pages 4 to 7 of this Agreement;
Information Schedule means any book, document, form, card, tape, disc or any storage media on which information required is entered or recorded or is required to be entered or recorded for statistical purposes under this Act;
Information Schedule means the Information Schedule contained in pages 1 to 6 of this Contract;

More Definitions of Information Schedule

Information Schedule means the Information Schedule annexed hereto;
Information Schedule means the Information Schedule set out on pages 5 to 7 hereof which shall be deemed to be incorporated in this agreement and shall be an integral part thereof;

Information Schedule means a schedule attached to the Tender Form for completion of the Tenderer’s information;“Inland Revenue Department”means the Inland Revenue Department of the Government;“Inspecting Officer”means the officer appointed by the Government Representative for the purpose of inspecting the Services performed in pursuance of the Contract;“Intellectual Property Rights” or “IPR”means patents, trade marks, service marks, trade names, design rights, copyright, domain names, database rights, rights in know-how, new inventions, designs, processes, and other intellectual property rights whether now known or created in future (of whatever nature and wherever arising) and in each case whether registered or unregistered and including applications for the grant of any such rights;“Interpretation”means this Interpretation;“Interpretation (Supplement)”means the interpretation (supplement) referred to in Part 3C of, and in the form attached to, the Tender Form;“Invitation to Tender”means this invitation to tender for the provision of the Services to the Government on the terms and conditions set out in the Tender Documents;“Items” “Marking Scheme”means the services specified in the column of the table with heading “Description” in Part A of the Price Schedule with a unique item number and where applicable letter assigned to them in the first column of that same table in that Schedule, and shall be inclusive of all related services and subject matters specified in the Contract; means where the Technical Proposal and the Price Proposal of a Tender are to be evaluated separately, a scheme which collectively contain those procedures requirements and criteria for the evaluation of such Proposals separately;“Materials”means any and all works and materials of whatsoever nature (including their drafts and uncompleted
