Independent Architect definition

Independent Architect means an architect, engineer or construction consultant selected by Borrower which is Independent, licensed to practice in the State and has at least five (5) years of architectural experience and which is reasonably acceptable to Lender.
Independent Architect means an architect or architectural firm, selected by the Authority, which is registered and qualified to practice the profession of architecture under the laws of the State who is not a full-time employee of the Authority or any of the Sponsors.
Independent Architect means any reputable architecture or construction management firm that is licensed or registered in the jurisdiction where a Property is located, if required by the laws of such jurisdiction, and not affiliated with any Issuer.
