IBRD General Conditions definition

IBRD General Conditions means the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development General Conditions for Loans, dated July 1, 2005.
IBRD General Conditions means the General Conditions, defined in the particular IBRD Loan Agreement as constituting an integral part of such Loan Agreement.

  • The Borrower may withdraw the proceeds of the Loan in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the IBRD General Conditions, this Section, and such additional instructions as the Bank shall specify by notice to the Borrower (including the “World Bank Disbursement Guidelines for Projects” dated May 2006, as revised from time to time by the Bank and as made applicable to this Agreement pursuant to such instructions), to finance Eligible Expenditures as set forth in the table in paragraph 2 below.

  • If the Borrower decides to prepay all or part of an IBRD loan, a prepayment premium, in an amount determined by Management based on the provisions in the applicable IBRD General Conditions, is charged.

  • If the Bank determines that an extraordinary situation has arisen under which it is unable to provide the loan’s currency for purposes of funding the loan, it may provide the Borrower with a substitute currency in accordance with the provisions of the applicable IBRD General Conditions.

  • To this end, the Borrower shall carry out the Project, through the Ministry of Public Works, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the IBRD General Conditions.

  • The Project State shall monitor and evaluate the progress of its Respective Part of the Project and prepare Project Reports for its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08(b) of the IBRD General Conditions and Section 4.08(b) of the XXX General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Bank and the Association.

  • To this end, the Borrower shall carry out the Project, through MOHA, in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the IBRD General Conditions.

  • The “General Conditions Applicable to Loan and Guarantee Agreements for Fixed-Spread Loans” of the Bank dated September 1, 1999 (the IBRD General Conditions) constitute an integral part of this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any amount of the Withdrawn Loan Balance remains unpaid when due and such non-payment continues for a period of thirty (30) days, then the interest payable by the Borrower shall instead be calculated as provided in Section 3.02(d) of the IBRD General Conditions.

  • The “General Conditions Applicable to Loan and Guarantee Agreements for Fixed-Spread Loans” of the Bank dated September 1, 1999 (the IBRD General Conditions) and the “General Conditions Applicable to Development Credit Agreements” of the Association, dated January 1, 1985 (as amended through October 6, 1999) (the XXX General Conditions) constitute an integral part of this Amending Agreement.

  • The interest payable by the Borrower for each Interest Period shall be at a rate equal to LIBOR for the Loan Currency plus the Fixed Spread; provided, that upon a Conversion of all or any portion of the principal amount of the Loan, the interest payable by the Borrower during the Conversion Period on such amount shall be determined in accordance with the relevant provisions of Article IV of the IBRD General Conditions.

Related to IBRD General Conditions

  • General Conditions means the “International Development Association General Conditions for Credits and Grants”, dated July 1, 2005 (as amended through October 15, 2006).

  • General Condition means these General Terms and Conditions of Contract.

  • General Conditions Cost means costs incurred and minor work performed by Contractor without the need for competitive bids/proposals. The allowable General Conditions items are limited in Paragraph 11.1 and are further described on Exhibit “D”. The maximum allowable General Conditions Cost payable to Contractor during the Construction Phase of the Project is set out in Exhibit “A” attached to this Agreement.

  • General Conditions of Contract means the ‘Instructions to Tenderers’ and ‘General Conditions of Contract’ pertaining to the work for which above tenders have been called for.

  • GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT means the instructions to Tenderer and General and special conditions of contract pertaining to the work for which above tenders have been called for.

  • Special Conditions means Special Conditions of Contract, which override the General Conditions, also referred to as SCC.

  • Additional Conditions means the terms and conditions set out in the Offer Document.

  • Complex or chronic medical condition means a physical,

  • Congenital Condition(s) means (a) any medical, physical or mental abnormalities existed at the time of or before birth, whether or not being manifested, diagnosed or known at birth; or (b) any neo-natal abnormalities developed within six (6) months of birth.

  • Special Conditions of Contract means the pages completed by the Procuring Entity entitled Special Conditions of Contract which constitute Part A of the Special Conditions.

  • Debilitating medical condition means one or more of the following:

  • Medical condition means either of the following:

  • Environmental Conditions means the presence in the environment, including the soil, groundwater, surface water or ambient air, of any Hazardous Material at a level which exceeds any applicable standard or threshold under any Environmental Law or otherwise requires investigation or remediation (including, without limitation, investigation, study, health or risk assessment, monitoring, removal, treatment or transport) under any applicable Environmental Laws.

  • Terminal condition means an incurable condition caused by injury, disease, or illness that according to reasonable medical judgment will produce death within six months, even with available life-sustaining treatment provided in accordance with the prevailing standard of medical care.

  • Pre-existing Medical Condition means any condition which:

  • Supplemental Conditions means those terms and conditions, if included in the Agreement by mutual written agreement of the Parties, which add to or modify the Agreement and are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in the Agreement. In the case of a conflict between the Supplemental Conditions and the Agreement, the Supplemental Conditions shall prevail.

  • Specific Conditions means the conditions in addition or in variation to the general conditions which the Commission may lay down specifically for a distribution licensee;

  • Urgent medical condition means a condition that satisfies either of the following:

  • Special Condition means a condition of a Transporter's Licence or Shipper's Licence other than a Standard Condition;

  • Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2017, the minimum amount of capacity that PJM will seek to procure from Extended Summer Demand Resources and Annual Resources for the PJM Region and for each Locational Deliverability Area for which the Office of the Interconnection is required under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.10(a) to establish a separate VRR Curve for such Delivery Year. For the PJM Region, the Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement shall be equal to the RTO Reliability Requirement minus [the Limited Demand Resource Reliability Target for the PJM Region in Unforced Capacity]. For an LDA, the Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement shall be equal to the LDA Reliability Requirement minus [the LDA CETL] minus [the Limited Demand Resource Reliability Target for such LDA in Unforced Capacity]. The LDA CETL may be adjusted pro rata for the amount of load served under the FRR Alternative. Minimum Generation Emergency:

  • Abnormal Condition means any condition on the Interconnection Facilities which, determined in accordance with Good Utility Practice, is: (i) outside normal operating parameters such that facilities are operating outside their normal ratings or that reasonable operating limits have been exceeded; and (ii) could reasonably be expected to materially and adversely affect the safe and reliable operation of the Interconnection Facilities; but which, in any case, could reasonably be expected to result in an Emergency Condition. Any condition or situation that results from lack of sufficient generating capacity to meet load requirements or that results solely from economic conditions shall not, standing alone, constitute an Abnormal Condition.

  • Serious Medical Condition means all of the following medical conditions:

  • Emergency medical condition means a medical condition manifesting itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that the absence of immediate medical attention could reasonably be expected to result in any of the following:

  • Physical Conditions Report means, with respect to the Property, a report prepared by a company satisfactory to Lender regarding the physical condition of the Property, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender in its sole discretion, which report shall, among other things, (a) confirm that the Property and its use complies, in all material respects, with all applicable Legal Requirements (including, without limitation, zoning, subdivision and building laws) and (b) include a copy of a final certificate of occupancy with respect to all Improvements on the Property.

  • Original construction ’ shall mean the first or initial construction

  • Adverse Environmental Condition means (i) the existence or the continuation of the existence, of an Environmental Contamination (including, without limitation, a sudden or non-sudden accidental or non-accidental Environmental Contamination), of, or exposure to, any substance, chemical, material, pollutant, Hazardous Substance, odor or audible noise or other release or emission in, into or onto the environment (including without limitation, the air, ground, water or any surface) at, in, by, from or related to any Equipment, (ii) the environmental aspect of the transportation, storage, treatment or disposal of materials in connection with the operation of any Equipment, or (iii) the violation, or alleged violation, of any Environmental Law, permits or licenses of, by or from any governmental authority, agency or court relating to environmental matters connected with any of the Equipment.
