HSA Administrator means the third party or affiliate under contract with Custodian to provide certain administrative and record keeping services for HSAs.

  • Neither we nor your HSA Administrator shall be liable for any tax consequences or tax withholdings you may incur as a result of the transfer or distribution of your assets.
