Hotel Employees definition

Hotel Employees means the on-site staff of the Hotel.

Examples of Hotel Employees in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Agreement is intended to nor shall have the effect of creating an employer-employee relationship between either Seller or Purchaser and Hotel Employees.

  • There are no claims, grievances or administrative or judicial proceedings pending or, to Seller’s actual knowledge, threatened in writing, against the Seller or Manager filed by or on behalf of the Hotel Employees.

  • The Hotel Employees, their representative, and benefit plans in which they are participants are not third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and neither Seller nor Purchaser is assuming any employment or benefit related liability by virtue of this Agreement.

  • Seller does not have any Hotel Employees and Manager is the employer of all Hotel Employees.
