Home Office Personnel definition

Home Office Personnel is defined in Section 4.03.
Home Office Personnel shall include Manager’s home office staff with experience in areas such as accounting, budgeting, finance, legal, human resources, construction, development, marketing, food service and purchasing, among other areas.
Home Office Personnel means the Facility Manager and such other employees of Contractor who are engaged in, or otherwise involved in the provision of the Services, other than Site Personnel.

  • Manager shall further make its Home Office Personnel available for consultation and advice related to the Facility without charge other than its Management Fee.

  • If SNH TRS requests a type, form or level of service from Manager’s Home Office Personnel of a nature that would otherwise be a Facility Expense, Manager shall provide such services by Home Office Personnel for an additional cost to be agreed to in advance by Manager and SNH TRS, which shall be a Facility Expense.

  • Manager may, in its discretion, provide its services under this Agreement through its Home Office Personnel, provided that the Personnel Costs for such Home Office Personnel shall not be a Facility Expense unless agreed to in advance by SNH TRS.

  • Tenant shall reasonably cooperate with any such audit and inspection, including, without limitation, providing commercially reasonable access to responsible employees of Tenant and Home Office Personnel to respond to questions in connection therewith.

  • If Licensee requests a type, form or level of service from Manager’s Home Office Personnel of a nature that would otherwise be a Licensed Facility Expense, Manager shall provide such services by Home Office Personnel for an additional cost to be agreed to in advance by Manager and Licensee, which shall be a Licensed Facility Expense.

  • Manager may, in its discretion, provide its services under this Agreement through its Home Office Personnel, provided that the Personnel Costs for such Home Office Personnel shall not be a Community Expense unless agreed to in advance by Owner.

  • Manager may, in its discretion, provide its services under this Agreement through its Home Office Personnel, provided that the Personnel Costs for such Home Office Personnel shall not be a Licensed Facility Expense unless agreed to in advance by Licensee.

  • Manager shall further make its Home Office Personnel available for consultation and advice related to the Community without charge other than its Management Fees.


More Definitions of Home Office Personnel

Home Office Personnel means personnel based in Operator's home office, whether employees of Operator or its parent compan(ies).
Home Office Personnel means the Project Manager and such other employees of NAES who are engaged in the provision of the Services, except for Site Personnel.
Home Office Personnel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13 of Addendum 1.
Home Office Personnel means those individuals employed by Facility Operator or its affiliates who are not assigned to the Power Facility, but provide support for its operation.

Related to Home Office Personnel

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Home office is our main office. The mailing address is shown on the first page of this Contract.

  • Expatriate Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile outside India;

  • Supportive personnel means unlicensed individuals who:

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being key personnel.

  • Campus police officer means a school security officer designated by the board of education of any school district pursuant to K.S.A. 72-6146, and amendments thereto.

  • Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) means

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Company's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by OIL or OIL's Contractor (other than the Contractor executing the Contract). The Company representatives of OIL are also included in the Company's personnel.

  • Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;

  • Police officer means every officer authorized to direct or regulate traffic, or to make arrests for violations of traffic regulations.

  • HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers means the Controlling Shareholders (if any), directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and other representatives of the HSP. In addition to the foregoing, HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers shall include the contractors and subcontractors and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers or other representatives;

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) means Key Managerial Personnel as defined in sub-section (51) of section 2 of the Companies Act, 2013 i.e.-

  • police official means any member of the South African Police Service or a municipal police service appointed in terms of the South African Police Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 68 of 1995);

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • Senior Managerial Personnel means the personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management, of rank equivalent to General Manager and above, including all functional heads.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Named Executive Officers or “NEOs” means the following individuals:

  • Qualified personnel means personnel who meet the statutory or regulatory qualifications for each respective profession currently applicable in this state.

  • Executive Officers means the Company's “executive officers” as defined in 12 C.F.R. § 215.2(e)(1) (regardless of whether or not such regulation is applicable to the Company).
