HOKU Facility definition

HOKU Facility means any facility owned, occupied or leased by HOKU.
HOKU Facility means the Hoku Polysilicon Production complex located on One Hoku Way, Pocatello, Idaho.
HOKU Facility means HOKU’s manufacturing facility used to manufacture Products that is owned by HOKU or HOKU Materials and located in the United States of America.

  • Any such NISSAN employee shall have unrestricted access to the Joint Laboratory from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, but shall not be permitted to enter any other laboratory or research facility within the HOKU Facility unless accompanied by one of the HOKU Authorized Personnel.

HOKU Facility means HOKU’s manufacturing facility in Pocatello, Idaho that is designed to produce up to 2,000 metric tons of Products per year and which HOKU has represented to GEWD it is planning to expand by up to an additional 1,000 metric tons to up to 3,000 metric tons of Product per year, including all buildings and other improvements now or hereafter owned, developed, constructed, or leased by HOKU at such facility and used in the development, manufacture, processing, storage, or distribution of Products, together with all machinery and equipment used or usable in the operation of such buildings and improvements.

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;

  • Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.

  • Composting facility means a site, location, tract of land, installation, or building used for composting of solid waste in accordance with Chapter 3734. of the Revised Code and rules adopted thereunder. The composting facility includes the area of materials placement and any leachate management system structures.
