High Yield Notes definition

High Yield Notes means the Senior Notes and Senior Subordinated Notes.
High Yield Notes means, collectively, (i) the 11.250% Senior Notes due 2011 of the Company issued under the 2011 Indenture, (ii) the 10.875% Senior Notes due 2008 of the Company issued under the 2008 Indenture and (iii) the 10.875% Senior Notes due 2013 of the Company issued under the 2013 Indenture.
High Yield Notes means the US$825,000,000 8.500% senior notes due 2020 issued by the Original Bondco and subject to the terms of the High Yield Note Indenture or any financial indebtedness incurred by way of High Yield Note Refinancing.

More Definitions of High Yield Notes

High Yield Notes means the Secured High Yield Notes and the Unsecured High Yield Notes.
High Yield Notes means (i) the $230,000,000 in aggregate principal amount at maturity of 8.25% Senior Notes due 2010 of Company issued pursuant to the High Yield Indenture, and (ii) any Indebtedness incurred to refinance, renew, replace or extend the High Yield Notes permitted to be incurred under subsection 7.1(xiii); provided, that the initial principal amount (and issue price) of such High Yield Notes on the Closing Date shall be $205,000,000.
High Yield Notes means high yield debt securities or other instruments not mandatorily convertible into equity, in each case issued by a company which is a member of the UGCE Borrower Group.

High Yield Notes means the notes issued by Holdings (i) the terms of which either (A) are substantially similar to the terms set forth in the Notes Offering Registration Statement or (B) are otherwise approved by the Administrative Agent and the Syndication Agent after consultation with the Required Banks and (ii) no part of the principal of which is required to be paid (upon maturity or by mandatory sinking fund, mandatory redemption, mandatory prepayment or otherwise) prior to the date that is one year after the Term Maturity Date.
High Yield Notes means any high yield notes, payment-in-kind notes, exchange notes, debt securities or other debt instruments which may be issued by a HY Issuer and in respect of which:
High Yield Notes means the 7-7/8% senior notes in an aggregate principal amount of $175,000,000, having a maturity of June 1, 2021, issued on May 28, 2013 pursuant to the High Yield Note Indenture, as the same may be amended, restated, modified, extended, renewed, replaced or supplemented from time to time, in each case as permitted under this Agreement.
