Healthcare Personnel definition

Healthcare Personnel or “Health Personnel” means (a) the EHCP; (b) another Registered Medical Practitioner; or (c) a Vaccinator, to provide Vaccination under this Agreement.
Healthcare Personnel means the persons who have special education on healthcare and who are directly related to provision of healthcare services, including without limitation physicians, doctors, nurses and nursing assistants, therapists, technicians, emergency medical service personnel, dental personnel, pharmacists, laboratory personnel, autopsy personnel, students, trainees, and contractual staff not employed with healthcare facility.
Healthcare Personnel means any person providing healthcare services directly to patients at the facility, including but not limited to the provision of medical or nursing care;

More Definitions of Healthcare Personnel

Healthcare Personnel or “Health Personnel” means (a) the VMO; or (b) where applicable any other duly qualified health personnel accompanying the VMO in a visit to an RCH.
Healthcare Personnel means an individual in a clinical or non-clinical role who delivers or provides direct health care services or who have the potential to come in contact with patients. The term “healthcare personnel” may include (but is not limited to) physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, students, residents, fellows, therapists, technicians, emergency medical service personnel, dental personnel, pharmacists, laboratory personnel, autopsy personnel, security, volunteers and trainees.
Healthcare Personnel means and includes such healthcare provider(s) which are or have been rendering any kind of services at the Healthcare Establishment, including but not limited to doctors, consultants, nurses, paramedics, homoeopathic doctors and Hakims, serving under written agreement(s) for, or of service.

  • Healthcare provider means a healthcare practitioner, person, or facility licensed, authorized, certified, registered, or regulated under title 33, title 63, title 68, federal law or order, or an executive order of the governor, including but not limited to any employees, agents, or contractors of such a practitioner, person, or facility, and residents, interns, students, fellows, or volunteers of an accredited school or of such school's affiliated teaching or training hospitals or programs in this state;

  • Healthcare Professional means any member of the medical, dental, pharmacy or nursing professions or any other person who in the course of his or her professional activities may prescribe, recommend, purchase, supply, or administer a pharmaceutical product.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Child Care Program means a person or business that offers child care.

  • Psychiatric hospital means an Institution constituted, licensed, and operated as set forth in the laws that apply to Hospitals, which meets all of the following requirements:

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;
