Health Care Permit definition

Health Care Permit means any license, certification, registration, permit, approval, accreditation or authorization, including but not limited to, any state medical license, Drug Enforcement Agency registration, state controlled substance certificate, Clinical Laboratory Improvements of 1988 identification number, pharmacy permit or business license that is required pursuant to any Requirement of Law to provide medical care or other professional health care services or to own, operate or manage an Affiliated Provider practice.
Health Care Permit means every accreditation, authorization, certificate of need, license or permit that is required pursuant to applicable federal or state law to own, lease, operate or manage a Health Care Facility or conduct the business of a Health Care Company.

  • Other than as set forth on Schedule 4.19, no Governmental Authority has taken, or to the knowledge of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries intends to take, action to suspend, revoke, terminate, place on probation, restrict, limit, modify or not renew any Health Care Permit of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.

Health Care Permit means all necessary approvals, clearances, permits, licenses, registrations, listings or authorizations of any Governmental Authority, necessary for the research, development, investigation, testing, production, manufacture, disposal, processing, prescription, dispensing, reimbursement, handling, packaging, labeling, promotion, distribution, advertising, use, storage, import, export, transport, marketing, promotion, offer for sale, sale, introduction into interstate commerce, and delivery for introduction into interstate commerce of any product in a given country or regulatory jurisdiction.
