Handheld Product definition

Handheld Product means: (a) a BlackBerry Handheld Product; or (b) a Third Party Handheld Product.
Handheld Product means: (a) a BlackBerry Handheld Product; or (b) a Third Party Handheld Product. "In-App Products" means digital products or services that are sold to You using the BlackBerry Payment Service through copies of Software or Third Party Software that You acquire through a RIME Store. "Kiosk" means a department in a RIME Store.
Handheld Product means any wireless mobile handheld communications device for which the Software has been designed, developed and made publicly available.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, because of the nature of Software, it may be impossible to return the Software because the Software is integrated into hardware that you own (such as a Handheld Product) and/or the Software may be installed on a desktop or server such that all you could return is a further reproduction of the Software.

  • Notwithstanding any term or condition in the terms and conditions for a particular Offering, You agree and represent that You will only acquire Offerings for Your own personal use and not for sale or resale and that You will download, install and/or use Offerings that are software applications only on a RIM proprietary software platform operating on a Handheld Product.

  • Except to the extent prohibited by law, RIM reserves the right in its sole discretion, and at any time, for any reason and without notice to You, to change, suspend, remove, disable, limit, preclude or terminate Your access and remove from Your BlackBerry Handheld Product any Software or Third Party Item, including, disabling or removing the operation of such materials that have already been installed on a Handheld Product, and You will have no recourse against RIM should this occur.

  • You agree to assume full responsibility for the establishment of appropriate security measures to control access to Your Handheld Product and the computer system with which it operates.

  • The My World repository enables You to uninstall and reinstall certain Software and Third Party Items on Your Handheld Product as further detailed in the then current rules for My World.

  • If Your Handheld Product is lost, or You think it is stolen, and You have registered Your Handheld Product with a RIM Service, such as BlackBerry Protect, that provides device location, locking or remove data wiping features, You should use such RIM Service to attempt to locate or remotely wipe or lock Your Handheld Product.

  • If You think Your Handheld Product has been stolen You should contact local law enforcement.

  • You may currently also install Paid Products stored in Your My World repository on up to five different Handheld Products with a compatible BlackBerry Handheld Software platform in any twelve month period following the date of purchase of the applicable Paid Product, but You cannot install any Product stored in Your My World repository on more than one Handheld Product at a time.

  • BlackBerry App World does include a "My World" repository that enables You to uninstall and reinstall the Products You acquire through BlackBerry App World on Your Handheld Product.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Spray buff product means a product designed to restore a worn floor finish in conjunction with a floor buffing machine and special pad.

  • Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this Act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):

  • Diagnostic Product means In Vitro Diagnostics, In Vivo Diagnostic Agents and any product used for Diagnosis.

  • Licensed Product means any method, process, composition, product, service, or component part thereof that would, but for the granting of the rights set forth in this Agreement, infringe a Valid Claim contained in the Licensed Patents.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.

  • Household product means any consumer product that is primarily designed to be used inside or outside of living quarters or residences that are occupied or intended for occupation by individuals, including the immediate surroundings.

  • Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.

  • Aerosol product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • End product means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired under the contract for public use.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Product Manufacturer means the entity that assembles the component parts to manufacture the final Product;

  • Drug Product means a specific drug in dosage form from a known source of manufacture, whether

  • Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:

  • processed products means goods placed under a processing procedure which have undergone processing operations;

  • End Products as used in this clause, means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired for public use under this contract.

  • API means American Petroleum Institute.

  • Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.
