Habitable Rooms definition

Habitable Rooms means room occupied or designed for occupancy by one or more persons for study, living, sleeping, dining room but not including kitchen, bathroom, toilet, store room, corridor, basement, attic, water closet compartment, storage pantries and spaces that are not use frequently for residence during extended period.
Habitable Rooms means any room or portion thereof used or designed for living, sleeping, eating or cooking, or combinations thereof. Bathrooms, toilet compartments, closets, halls, storage rooms, laundry and utility spaces, basement recreation rooms, and similar areas are not considered habitable rooms.

Habitable Rooms in this context means living rooms, dining rooms, and study (or room designated as one in home office credit).
