Group Purchase Limit definition

Group Purchase Limit means, for each Purchaser Group, the amount set forth on Schedule A (or in the Joinder Agreement pursuant to which such Purchaser Group became party hereto), subject to assignment pursuant to Section 12.1, as such amount may be reduced in accordance with Section 1.1(b).
Group Purchase Limit means, for each Purchase Group, the sum of the Commitments of the Financial Institutions in such Purchase Group.
Group Purchase Limit means, for each Purchaser Group, the sum of the Commitments of the Alternate Investors in such Purchaser Group, adjusted as necessary to give effect to the termination of the Commitment of any Terminating Alternate Investor in such Purchaser Group pursuant to Article XIII.

Group Purchase Limit means, for each Investor Group, the sum of the Commitments of the Committed Investors in such Investor Group.
