Group Available Funds definition

Group Available Funds. Any of the Group 1 Available Funds, Group 2 Available Funds, Group 3 Available Funds, Group 4 Available Funds or Group 5 Available Funds, as applicable.

Examples of Group Available Funds in a sentence

• If, after giving effect to Section 9.5, Group Available Funds allocated to any Series on any Payment Date exceed the amount required to be paid or deposited in respect of such Series pursuant to the Trust Financing Agreement for such Series, then any such excess Group Available Funds shall be released to the Trust for distribution to the Certificateholders or such other party as may be entitled thereto as set forth in such Trust Financing Agreement.

• Such amounts will be reimbursed by the Trust from the related Group Available Funds which amounts will be paid by Indenture Series with at least one Class of Publicly Registered Notes in the related Group based on the ARR Series Allocation Percentage for such Series in the related Group as set forth in each applicable Trust Financing Agreement.

• If a detailed invoice is submitted on or before the first day of a month, the Review Fee will be paid by the Trust from the related Group Available Funds starting on the Payment Date in that month, and will be paid by each Indenture Series with at least one Class of Publicly Registered Notes in the related Group based on the ARR Series Allocation Percentage for such Series in accordance with the related Trust Financing Agreement for each such Series of the related Group.

• Unless specified in any Group Supplement, Collections on and proceeds from the Receivables designated to a Group shall solely by applied to the related Group and shall not constitute Group Available Funds for any other Group.

• Any Recoveries will be paid to the Servicer as Supplemental Servicing Fees and will not be a part of any Group Available Funds.

More Definitions of Group Available Funds

Group Available Funds means, for a Payment Date and any Group, the sum of the following amounts for the Payment Date (without duplication):

Group Available Funds. Reference to any one of the Group 1 Available Funds, Group 2 Available Funds or Group 3 Available Funds.

Group Available Funds. Reference to any one of the Group 1 Available Funds, Group 2 Available Funds, Group 3 Available Funds, Group 4 Available Funds or Group 5 Available Funds. GROUP 1 AVAILABLE FUNDS, GROUP 2 AVAILABLE FUNDS, GROUP 3 AVAILABLE FUNDS, GROUP 4 AVAILABLE FUNDS, or GROUP 5 AVAILABLE FUNDS: Except as otherwise provided in Sections 6.01(a)(iv) and 6.01(c), with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the aggregate of the following amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans in Mortgage Loan Groups 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, respectively: (a) all previously undistributed payments on account of principal (including the principal portion of Scheduled Payments, Principal Prepayments and the principal portion of Net Liquidation Proceeds) and all previously undistributed payments on account of interest received after the Cut-off Date and on or prior to the related Determination Date, (b) any Monthly Advances (including Certificate Account Advances) and Compensating Interest Payments by the related Master Servicer with respect to such Distribution Date and (c) any amount reimbursed by the related Master Servicer pursuant to 4.04(d) in connection with losses on Permitted Investments, except:

Group Available Funds. With respect to any Distribution Date and a Mortgage Loan Group, an amount equal to the aggregate of the following amounts (without duplication) with respect to such Mortgage Loan Group: (a) all previously undistributed payments on account of principal (including the principal portion of Scheduled Payments, Principal Prepayments and the principal portion of Liquidation Proceeds and Insurance Proceeds) and all previously undistributed payments on account of interest received after the Cut-off Date and on or prior to the related Determination Date, (b) any Monthly Advances and Compensating Interest Payments by the Servicers or the Master Servicer with respect to the related Distribution Account Deposit Date, (c) any Prepayment Penalty Amounts, (d) the Repurchase Price received in connection with any Mortgage Loan repurchased by Xxxxxxxxx Mortgage Home Loans, Inc., as Seller or Servicer, as applicable, pursuant to Section 2.02, 2.03, 3.01 or 3.21 as applicable, of this Agreement, (e) any Substitution Adjustment Amounts paid by the Seller or similar amounts by any Servicer pursuant to its Servicing Agreement in connection with delivery of a Substitute Mortgage Loan, (f) the purchase price of the assets of the Trust upon the exercise by Xxxxxxxxx of its Optional Termination Right, (g) any amounts received under the MLCC Limited Purpose Surety Bond with respect to MLCC Mortgage Loans, if any, (h) any other miscellaneous amounts remitted by the Master Servicer or the applicable Servicers pursuant to the Servicing Agreements, and (i) any reimbursed amount in connection with losses on investments of deposits in an account, except:

Group Available Funds. Any of the Group 1 Available Funds, Group 2 Available Funds, Group 3 Available Funds or Group 4 Available Funds, as applicable. Group C-B Subordinate Certificates: As specified in the Preliminary Statement. Group HY-B Subordinate Certificates: As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

Group Available Funds. With respect to a Group on a Payment Date, the amounts to be on deposit in the Certificate Account on such Payment Date with respect to such Group (disregarding the amounts of any Insured Payments with respect to such Group and deposits from the Spread Account) excluding an amount equal to the sum of the Premium Amount, the Servicing Fees and the Trustee's Fees each with respect to such Group for the related Payment Date; provided, however, that the amounts which cannot be distributed to the Holders of the Class A Certificates as a result of proceedings under the United States Bankruptcy Code or similar insolvency laws will not be considered in determining the amount of Group Available Funds.

Group Available Funds means the Group I Available Funds or the Group II Available Funds, as applicable.
